Data Input & Preparation

To perform the calculation, you must enter consumption data in 15-minute intervals over a one-year period. The electricity supplier typically allows you to download this data for a specific entity—the customer.

In the case of a consortium, the data will be imported separately for each entity, or a single file will contain data for all entities in the consortium. To use the data in the application, please convert the data from your electricity supplier into our template so that it can be imported for the calculation.

Current Price is the individual price per unit (EUR/kWh) that each entity is currently paying.

Global Target Price is the new, shared price negotiated for the entire consortium after combining purchasing power. You will have the ability to override and test different target price levels directly in the Scenario 1 interface.

The maximum power draw your facility is allowed from the grid. Exceeding this limit often results in financial penalties. The tool helps visualize how shared consortium profiles can smooth out peaks and potentially lower the required reserved capacity.

The dataset must contain exactly 35,040 rows for a standard year (4 intervals per hour * 24 hours * 365 days). Missing intervals will cause inaccuracies in battery and solar simulations.
